Our Ingredients

• We use real food ingredients. They include premium cashews (you might even spot flecks of cashew skins), rice, non-GMO soybeans and mung beans. Cashews are a common ingredient in vegan cheeses, but we went further by blending them with plush grains of rice and tender soybeans. Plus, we borrowed a little know-how from Asian noodle-makers — mung beans to add suppleness. The resulting cheese is creamy, luscious, utterly delicious.

• Tastes like true brie. Queen Bree’s™ unique combo of ingredients and proprietary cheese-making method give the product its marvelous taste and unique tenderness. There are no built-in flavours such as truffle or herbs to detract. You get to decide if you want to layer in other flavours. If you happened on Queen Bree™ on a cheese board and popped some on a cracker, you’d be hard-pressed to say it wasn't “real” brie.

• Meets dietary needs. Ingredients are dairy-free, gluten-free, lactose-free and non-GMO (but made in a facility that might process foods containing dairy and gluten). No artificial colours or flavours used. Allergens: tree nuts, soy, sesame.

• Even non-vegans will love it. We’re willing to bet non-vegans will love Queen Bree™ too. This rich scrumptious cheese has less than half the fat of dairy brie and zero cholesterol.
